2010 Woodly Announced
The 74th Mountain State Forest Festival has announced the selection of Ali Rene Hopwood as Woodly the Elf. Ali is the daughter of Keith and Starlette Hopwood. She is the granddaughter of Butch and Cary Hopwood of Elkins and Marie Gothard of Upper Glade and the late Marvin Gothard. She has one brother, Kole. Ali is a fifth grade student at Third Ward Elementary School.

Hopwood is a member of Tumble Time Gymnastic Team, Center Stage Dance and Gymnastics, AYSO Soccer, Brownies, Third Ward Elementary Student Council and Peer Tutors. She attends St. Brendan’s Catholic Church; she also enjoys art, golf, gymnastics, family, friends and playing with her God brother, Chase.
