Charlotte Stalnaker is festival princess.
Charlotte Christine “CeCe” Stalnaker of Elkins, WV has been appointed Princess for the 74th Mountain State Forest Festival by Director General Kenna Barger. CeCe is the daughter of Joe Stalnaker and Julie Ferrell of Evans, WV and Denise Stalnaker of Elkins, WV. She is the granddaughter of Linda Gower of Quinwood, WV and David and Susie Stalnaker and Richard and Ann Fretwell of Elkins, WV. She has one brother, Isaac and one stepsister, Lauren Ferrell.
CeCe is a 2010 graduate of Elkins High School where she was a member of the Swim Team, Future Business Leaders of America and Health Occupations Students of America. Her hobbies include swimming and travelling.
